1. Creatine Carrier: Mix 1 serving (approx. 40g - 65 measuring units = 2 scoops or 4 level tablespoons) in 250ml of water. The drink thus prepared can be used to dissolve a portion of creatine.
2. Dextex Juice can be used as an additional supplement or as a preparation for the regeneration (recharging) of carbohydrate reserves. The ideal use is after training, between 20g and 60g of powder per serving. Not suitable for diabetics.
